What is your most memorable college experience?

My most memorable college experience to date is getting to see R&B singer Mariah the Scientist perform at our homecoming concert.

Where do you want to be in 10 years, and how can this internship help you get there?

In 10 years, I see myself working at a job that allows me to express myself creatively and help others by getting their stories told to the public. This internship has and will continue to provide me with the experience and skills to effectively communicate orally and through the digital space.

What does philanthropy mean to you?

Philanthropy to me means sharing your resources to help others expand their opportunities.

What excites you most about spending your summer in Baltimore?

I continue to find myself learning new things about my city as a Baltimore native. Through this internship, I will be able to immerse myself even more in the community as I learn more about the history of JHU.

What is something you are passionate about?

I love to create and learn from others. The best things I’ve created were inspired by the people I’ve met in my life. I believe my passions will take me far as I keep my heart and ears open to the stories of those I encounter.

Please share one fun fact about yourself!

I am the first Digital Media Studies major to graduate from my school!
