Meet Emily Konisky

Emily Konisky serves as Associate Vice President for the Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) and leads the team that manages all things related to our most generous philanthropic partner. Emily came to JHU from Emory University, where she served as Executive Director of Gift Operations for three years. Her tenure at Emory spanned more than a decade and includes leadership roles such as Director of Gift Administration and Senior Analyst within the Office of Prospect Management. She led a 19-person Gift Operations team, which oversaw strategic planning for over $400M in transactions annually. Additionally, Emily spearheaded a major CRM conversion and drove key process improvements that enhanced efficiency and staff development across the division.
